Purpose:
To assist with the planning, organization, and implementation of a hit-or-miss
event at a local golf course to provide funding for program activities.
Accountability:
Under the Fore Hope staff with supervision from local golf professionals.
Time:
Requires minimum of five hours on any Saturday or Sunday. Events can also be
hosted in evening during golf course leagues. One event commitment is
requested.
Place:
Events will be hosted at designated golf club.
Responsibilities:
Arrive as scheduled, or notify supervisor when you will be late or unable to
work.
Notify supervisor of any needed items, problems, concerns

Knowledge of Fore Hope history and present programming
Promote Fore Hope throughout the facility and community
Provide supervision and evaluation of the event
Total amount of money raised for each event
Knowledge of rules and regulations regarding event (provided by Fore Hope)
Encourage golfers to participate in event
Pick up materials at Fore Hope office the Friday before the fundraiser
Drop off materials at Fore Hope office the Monday after the fundraiser
Qualifications:
Must have the ability to motivate and encourage others
Must have a friendly, out going personality
Must be free of criminal record
Must be comfortable asking for donations
