Fore Hope League: League is weekly in the summer and fall

On My Own/Adult Day Service: Program is weekly for 10 weeks
• Adults with Developmental Disabilities
Ten week session: July 8th September 9th
WEDNESDAY 2 3 pm
Carriage Court: Program is 2nd Wednesday of each month
• Care Center Residents
Beginning in May and running through September
WEDNESDAY 10 11 am
Whetstone Care Center: Program is 2nd Wednesday of each month
• Care Center Residents
Beginning in May and running through September.
THURSDAY 10 11 am
Childrens Hospital and Fore Hope Adaptive Golf Program
• Youth with Disabilities
Beginning in June and running through August

Friendship Village of Dublin: Program is 2nd Thursday of each month

Wesley Glen Care Center: Program is 3rd Thursday of each month

FRIDAY 10 11 am
Mount Caramel West Hospital: Program is second Friday of every
month all year round
• Outpatient and Inpatient rehabilitation unit
