Fore Hope Annual Breakfast with Davis Love III
Annually Fore Hope hosts their most prestigious fundraiser Wednesday of the Memorial Tournament week. Our breakfast began in 1991 with PGA TOUR Professional Kenny Perry as our featured speaker. DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS TUESDAY, MAY 21st.
Fore Hope and the Memorial Tournament have been in collaboration since 1991. The tournament’s investment in Fore Hope has not only been financial, but includes PGA TOUR Professional player assistance for our many annual fundraising breakfasts alongside the donation of gift-in-kind services. The Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide Insurance has been instrumental in moving Fore Hope forward for the provision of therapeutic golf services in central Ohio.
The 2013 Fore Hope Annual Champagne Breakfast will be held Wednesday, May 29th, at The Country Club at Muirfield Village. Our champagne breakfast is to celebrate the camaraderie of attendees, recognize our sponsors, donors and Guy Derr Leaders and support the Memorial Tournament.
PGA TOUR Professional featured speaker will be DAVIS LOVE III. Special Guest Speaker is Shelley Meyer, wife of OSU Football Coach Urban Meyer.
The Presidents Cup Trophy will be on display.
Special guests include PGA TOUR Professionals and local celebrities. Past speakers have included Stuart Appleby, Paul Azinger, Chip Beck, Ben Curtis, Brad Faxon, Jim Furyk, Tim Heron, Tom Pernice, Jr., Peter Jacobsen, Tom Lehman, Rocco Mediate, Larry Mize, Joe Ogilvie, Chris Perry, Kenny Perry, Jeff Sluman, Dennis Walters, Brett Wetterich and Kathy Whitworth, one of the 2002 Memorial Tournament honorees.

Dr. Michael Hurdzan world renowned golf course designer, local businessman and Fore Hope Advisor, attends along with other well known central Ohioans. Dr. Hurdzan is the 2013 Old Tom Morris Award winner and was honored and presented with the trophy in February at the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America's Conference in San Diego, CA.
Attendees to our breakfast receive a ticket to that day’s golf at Muirfield Village Golf Club, The Memorial Tournament magazine and also a pass to Nationwide Children’s Hospital Championship to be held during the week of September 9th, 2013, at The Ohio State University Scarlet Golf Course.
All proceeds benefit Fore Hope’s many therapeutic golf programs. Fore Hope is supported in part by the Memorial Tournament / PGA TOUR and The United States Golf Association.
